About us

Genesis Integrative Solutions (GIS) Emergency Operations Departments align affiliate agencies to implement Emergency Services IP Network (ESINet), develop efficient emergency plans for critical incidents, and conduct report after-action reviews (RAARs) with internal and external agencies. GIS develops and implements a quality surveillance plan for our security services.  This plan provides a basis for contract administration to evaluate the quality of the security guard support service’s performance to directly identify how GIS meets customers’ requirements.  GIS oversight will reach and maintain service levels throughout contract terms.  This plan provides our customer with a proactive way to avoid unacceptable or deficient performance, and verifiable input for us to compare the customers’ requirements versus GIS’s performance for evaluations.
